Today’s Devotional

1 Peter 2:24 reminds us of the profound sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross for our sins. He bore the full weight of our sins in His body, suffering and dying on our behalf, so that we could be reconciled to God and live for righteousness. Through His wounds, we have been healed – both spiritually and eternally.

The healing that we receive through Jesus’ sacrifice is not only a physical healing but also an emotional and spiritual healing. Our relationship with God is restored, and we are no longer bound by the power of sin. Instead, we are free to live for righteousness and pursue a life that glorifies God. This healing also brings us peace, joy, and hope as we walk in the new life that Jesus has given us.
