Today’s Devotional
In Acts 17, the apostle Paul is speaking to the people of Athens. He quotes from their own poets to show that even they have acknowledged the existence of a Creator. Paul uses this opportunity to introduce them to the true God, the Creator of everything.
This verse reminds us that our very existence is dependent upon God. We live, move, and have our being in Him. As His children, we are connected to Him and sustained by Him. This understanding should lead us to a life of gratitude and worship, recognizing that we owe everything to our loving Creator.
